Pride Health is hiring a Help Desk - Information Technology for one of its clients in Colorado.

This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Location – Aurora, CO 80045 (Hybrid)

Pay range - $23 - $25 per hour.

Length of assignment - 6 months + Possible extension

Shift - 7 AM – 3 PM

Job Duties

Provides initial technical support to Team Members via phone with regards to computers, servers, applications, and hardware issues.

Assesses the nature of the problem and resolves using documented procedures and checklists and by simulating or recreating the incident.

Documents all calls in the tracking system, escalating complex problems to more experienced support, when necessary.

The candidate will not need a high degree of technical skills and background, but they do need to be familiar with the Windows operating system, and basic technical background.

The job consists of taking customer support phone calls from our internal employees.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.

3 years of relevant experience.

Microsoft certifications, IT-related certs related to Microsoft 365/Azure, or other certs.

Previous helpdesk exp, Previous experience in a hospital healthcare environment, Exp troubleshooting Windows and Macintosh devices.
