Design and implement a comprehensive marketing technology architecture, integrating Amperity's CDP with other vital systems such as marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, and personalization engines to create a synergistic stack.
Work in close concert with IT, Data Science, Marketing, and other business units to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the entire marketing technology landscape.
Technical Leadership Spearhead the technical development and continuous enhancement of our entire suite of marketing technologies, ensuring GO TO FOODS remains a vanguard in customer engagement.
Remain on the cutting edge of marketing technology trends, to include all technologies that can engage customers and drive brand growth.
Data Strategy and Governance Formulate and execute a comprehensive data strategy that spans all marketing technologies, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance across the board.
Lead cross-functional teams in defining robust data collection methods, integration processes, and analytical techniques that support business objectives and marketing initiatives.
Collaboration and Roadmap Execution Engage with marketing stakeholders to crystallize business needs into technical specifications and data models, across the full marketing technology ecosystem.
Steer the execution of a holistic marketing technology roadmap, delivering an integrated suite of features and enhancements that align with our strategic marketing goals.

Work Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering or a related technical field, with at least 3 years focused on Marketing Technologies
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex data systems, with a strong preference for experience in marketing technology platforms.
Proven track record of leading data integration projects, with the ability to oversee the full lifecycle of a Marketing Technology Platform implementation from concept to deployment.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Technologies, the Lead Engineer, Marketing Technologies will shine as the technical lighthouse within our marketing technology team. You will take command of the suite of marketing technologies that drive our business.
Your role will be pivotal in weaving together data integration, analysis, and marketing execution tools to ensure that our marketing engine operates with precision and agility.
Your work will ensure a cohesive technology experience, from a single customer view across all brands and touchpoints to empowering omnichannel personalized marketing at a scale that matches our objectives.

Excellent programming and system integration skills, with proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs and data pipeline construction.
