Judson Group has been retained by a nationally recognized wealth management and retirement plan consulting firm located in Pittsburgh in the search for a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant . This candidate will have the unique role of retirement plan advisory, service provider management, and client relationship management, as well as play a pivotal role in the growth of the practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about retirement plan advisory/consulting, demonstrates exceptional communication and time management skills, and approaches their work with an eagerness to ensure accuracy and expertise in all client deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Perform retirement plan reviews with plan sponsors & support generation of quarterly fund watch list
Maintain Investment Policy Statement, investment models, and due diligence substantiation
Execute various retirement plan services on behalf of plan sponsors such as plan design features, cost assessments, performance benchmarking and request-for-proposals
Coordinate among plan sponsors, recordkeepers, TPAs, ERISA attorneys and investment personnel to ensure the timely completion of projects and plan maintenance
Assist with the creation & distribution of marketing materials
Actively manage new business development opportunities and close leads
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years’ experience with a financial services or RIA firm working with HNW clients
Strong knowledge of ERISA, DOL best practice standards, and current legislation
Experience working directly with retirement plans or retirement plan consulting
Excellent technology, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and proactive
Compensation:
