Responsibilities Working closely with key partners across marketing, this individual will play a critical role in helping us drive brand awareness and deepen the SWCA culture by telling the SWCA story through powerful content
What you will accomplish Plan, develop, and implement SWCA's integrated content strategy across several platforms
Mentor, coach and manage the Content Marketing team members
Create and curate compelling content that strengthens SWCA's brand position and generates engagement with clients, new talent, and existing employees
Develop and nurture pipelines across all channels to track content campaigns from ideation to completion and beyond, working in tandem with leadership and SMEs to develop value proposition, strategy, and feedback loops
Measure and report on content performance and optimize based on results
Manage overlapping deadlines within the team to deliver a high volume of content pieces and communication campaigns
Quality control content pieces created by team
Oversee SWCA.com digital marketing and strategy, including managing analytics, user journey, SEO, and search term research; measure growth in audience and inbound traffic, visitor behavior (navigation, heat maps, bounce rates)
Plan, write, and edit content for SWCA's news magazine; managing authors and deadlines
Edit and ghost-write leadership communications; ability to handle sensitive, confidential communication and embargoed announcements
Cultivate and maintain media relations; building relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Responsible for making company wide branding decisions
In Colorado, an employee in this position can expect an annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, depending on experience, and other factors permitted by law
Employees in this position are eligible for consideration for SWCA's annual bonus program, which provides awards based on individual and organizational performance
