**This position reports to:** Manager, Hardware Reliability Engineering

**What we are looking for:**

ServiceNow is looking for a person experienced in inventory and asset management. The Parts and Logistics Coordinator will draw on prior experience to help create an entirely new way to for ServiceNow to manage spare parts inventories across the globe. The role is responsible for parts acquisition, managing returns and RMAs, forecasting inventory needs, and regular review of stock levels to support on-going repair activities. In addition to day-to-day management of inventories, this role will be responsible for the on-going reporting and analysis of inventories to help management understand how inventory utilized across the datacenters.

**Qualifications**

**To be successful in this role you have:**

* A basic understanding of server hardware and components

* Experience in managing assets and inventories, including returns/RMAs

* Experience working with vendors

* Basic project management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with inventory forecasting and analysis

* Ability to identify areas for process improvements and present solutions
