Presents extended service contracts and other available owner-protection programs to customers
Assesses profitability to the dealership of financing arrangements
Utilizes the menu selling process
Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete
Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution
Ensures adherence to Company F&I reporting requirements
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Minimum 2 years F&I experience at a dealership
1 year Sales experience (preferred)
High School degree or equivalent
Working Conditions :
Will work in an office setting and may be required to move throughout the dealership to greet, escort, and assist customers.
