MEG serves a vital role in supporting the IBS Enterprise,providing continuity in skills crucial to support military operations. MEGintegrates the talents and skills of team members to form an IBS EnterpriseSupport Services Team to provide world-class IBS customer support.

The Downlink Monitoring Element (DME) enables areal-time performance monitoring and diagnostic capability for global IBSEnterprise Consumers and Producers to track end-to-end IBS Enterpriseperformance benchmarks to the producer level for such metrics as point-to-pointdata volume, distribution and timeliness, message size, system availability andindividual enterprise node bottlenecks. This position will also assist in thedevelopment of trainingmaterials and user guides, ensuring IME'sand Support Managers are aware of changes. In additionto other duties, the position will collect and manage any trouble ticketsassociated with the IW and/or DME.
Support activities include, but are not limited to:
Support IBS Engineers inTest Plan development and execution
Provide initial QualityAssurance for all test plans and results reporting
Provide and maintainbest in class test process and strategy for developed and sustained IBScapability
Plan, coordinate andcontrol all test activities in support of Engineering leadership
Analyze test results andtest metrics
Coordinate with othermanagers (Project Manager, Logistics Manager, Engineering Manager, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Security Clearance: MUST have aminimum of SECRET with the ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant Integrated BroadcastService (IBS) experience, plus Bachelor's Degree. Education and experience may be substituted for eachother. Each year of relevant experience may be substituted for 1 year ofeducation, and vice versa.
• Must be proficient in Software Test procedure and protocol.
• Occasional Travel may be required.
