The General Manager (GM) is the face of Tatte within our communities and to our guests. The GM is responsible for all facets of front-of-house café operations dedicated to delivering a warm, authentic and inspiring environment for both guests and team members, to thoughtful leadership, and to overall restaurant performance. Our GMs will work side by side with the FOH team and in partnership with Chef and back-of-house team to drive total four walls quality, standards and performance. Working Conditions / Essential Functions
Ability to work a flexible schedule based onbusiness needs (including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and as emergencies arise)
Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs, andread
Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to50pounds
Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a General Manager, preferably in a high-volume, full service and/or polished fast casual restaurant
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing workenvironment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
High integrity and professionalism
High School education orequivalent
Preferred Skills
Hospitality Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management and/or A.S. Hotel and Restaurant Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
Previous experience working with UltiPro, Toast - POS System,CrunchTime/TeamworX
ServSafe, Allergen andChokeSaverCertifications
