The Business:
Hamilton Mayer International is pleased to continue our partnership with one of the top 15 ENR rated construction firms in the US. The company has a turnover in excess of $3bn, which is projected to increase by at least 20% over the next three years. To sustain this growth, this forward thinking, multi-national GC is looking for an outstanding Project Executive who specialises within the healthcare sector, however other sector experience such as federal, labs, high-rise or higher education will be also be of interest too.
The individual is expected to be able to fit in with the company’s ethos and add value to the organisation.
Responsible for multiple construction projects, both interior and exterior, new construction or renovations, with budgets ranging from $50m to $200m.
Oversee and coordinate planning and scope development, specification and drawing preparation, equipment and materials planning.
This appointment will be directly responsible for estimating, budget & schedule development and management, bidding and negotiating.
Ensure overall quality and project control.
Providing project reports to Leadership.
Requirements:
The ideal appointment will have extensive experience within the commercial building sector, however, individuals from healthcare, higher education and residentials markets will be favoured upon.
Educated to degree level or higher in Project Management or a related degree but isn’t essential.
Experience managing multiple construction projects in various phases, varying project budgets.
Ability to leader and mentor.
15 yrs commercial experience will be preferential.
