About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of New Business Sales to lead a dynamic hunting new business team and grow new market share for its full portfolio of healthcare products in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, measuring, and optimizing a business plan and sales team to achieve annual and quarterly sales goals. This includes building and directing the management of field sales staff, budget, forecasting, prospect and account strategy, and maintaining a sales pipeline through partnership with marketing. The role also involves driving adherence to the company's sales process, collaborating with colleagues across functional areas, and representing the company at trade association meetings.Candidates for this leadership position should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong background in healthcare and technology sales, preferably in enterprise IT and/or digital diagnostic systems. A proven track record in sales as a hunter profile and sales leadership in new business development is essential, with at least 10 years' of successful enterprise healthcare information technology sales experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a sales strategy, coach and mentor a sales team, engage with C-suite executives, and demonstrate superior business acumen and negotiation skills. Experience with contemporary CRM systems and relevant sales certifications are also required. The role demands a commitment to teamwork, the ability to foster productive working relationships, and the flexibility to adapt to business conditions.
