Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Analyze digital marketing data to assess campaign performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other analytics platforms to extract meaningful insights.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Campaign Optimization:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
Recommend adjustments to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign success.
Keyword Research and SEO:
Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
Monitor and report on organic search performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the digital landscape.
Audience Segmentation:
Assist in the development of target audience profiles and segmentation strategies.
Personalize marketing campaigns based on audience characteristics and behaviors.
Digital Advertising:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
Monitor budget allocations, bid strategies, and ad performance.
Social Media Monitoring:
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, trends, and engagement.
Provide recommendations for improving social media presence and engagement.
Email Marketing:
Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Analyze email performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
Conversion Tracking:
Implement and manage conversion tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Identify areas for improvement in the conversion funnel.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or +2.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
