Weare seeking a Manager for automation to join our team and help drive ourautomation division. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading clientengagements and managing a team of consultants to deliver high-qualityservices. You will work closely with senior leaders in the automation divisionto develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation,with a proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strongclient relationships. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area ofconsulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.
Role Specific
Asa Manager in our Hyperautomation Transformation and Strategy track, you willplay a critical role in developing business opportunities and leading thedelivery of advisory services to clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing the deliveryof various workstreams relating to our client's target operating model,covering topics such as strategy, governance, change management andcommunications. You will prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews,manage the delivery of benchmark reports, roadmaps and business cases, and willseek out relevant examples and experiences to support your advice.
From a service offering perspective, you will support the development ofcontent and enablement materials for the HTS portfolio and act as a key pointof contact for both the sales and delivery organizations around said offering.You are responsible for identifying and growing opportunities for our HTSoffering at existing clients and leading proposals/RFPs for new leads.
You are well versed in managing multiple project workstreams in parallel andwill be responsible for driving meticulous stakeholder management byanticipating risks and issues, providing solutions and escalating issues in atimely fashion when necessary. You are familiar with the technologies thatcomprise the automation ecosystem and can coach your team towards the efficientand sustainable resolution of issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities & tasks for this role
Lead client engagements, managing the project scope, budget, andtimeline
Manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support toensure the highest quality service delivery
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as atrusted advisor to clients
Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for growth andprofitability
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensurethat the automation team is continuously improving its offerings
Will oversee the day-to-day delivery operations and ensure thedelivery of high-quality services to clients
Focus on continuously improving delivery processes to enhanceefficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction
Understanding client needs and aligning delivery efforts andensuring client expectations throughout the delivery process.
Requirements Must-have qualifications & competencies
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Intelligence Automation
Proven track record of managing client engagements and developingstrong client relationships
Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy,operations, technology, or finance
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability tomotivate and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto build and maintain strong client relationships
LEAN/Six Sigma certification is a plus
Availability to travel
Nice-to-have qualifications & competencies
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanceddegree preferred.
