Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Financial Operations & Revenue Recognition / Subscription Management:
Effectively pay employees and vendors and collect cash from customers
Own the financial systems including the AP tools, Payroll
Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition for multiple revenue streams.
Monitor deferred revenue accounts and manage revenue forecasting processes.
Compliance and Controls:
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Cash Management:
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations.
Be responsible for ensuring compliance with debt reporting requirements.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
4-1 years of experience in the finance industry
Strong knowledge of US accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
Experience working with QBO, Rippling, Ramp
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
