CobbFendley is seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist for our corporate headquarters located in Houston, Texas.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate’s most important qualifications include the following.

Minimum 1-2 years office experience required.

Ability to handle a Microsoft Teams phone system.

Proven self-starter with strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, highly organized, strong attention to detail.

Excellent and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written.

Interpersonal skills with flexibility to work with a variety of team members to meet aggressive project schedules.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint software, a plus.

Knowledge of the Consulting/Engineering industry, a plus.

Ability to be discreet and professional at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide professional administrative support to multiple departments and employees within the organization.

Meet and greet guests as they arrive in a professional manner.

Assist with maintaining/scheduling, packing and delivery of daily mail, Fed-Ex, and Courier services for office.

Assist in the scheduling of conference room use.

Maintain professional appearance of front office and conference rooms.

Training to meet company safety standards and adhere to those safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment.

Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times.

Perform independent research and adapt to changing priorities.

Work with minimal supervision and deliver accurate work product that is error free.

Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and fulfill responsibilities with integrity.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time.

Mobility within the office including movement between floors and workstations.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

All work is performed in a professional office environment.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
