Job Details Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This role represents an exciting opportunity for an accomplished attorney with a strong background in personal injury law. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution, either by settlement or trial. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent legal research and drafting skills, and a proven track record in plaintiff litigation. Responsibilities Represent clients in a variety of personal injury cases, including but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, product liability, and medical malpractice.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.
Advocate for clients during trials, hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and related legal developments.
Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective case strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining open and regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their case.
Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the NC State Bar and SC State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
Proven experience in plaintiff litigation and personal injury law.
Proficiency in legal research and drafting, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in arbitration, with a strong ability to advocate for clients in high-pressure situations.
Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to manage a large caseload and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
