About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product and Engineering with a strong background in enterprise healthcare. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, either with a product management background and hands-on engineering experience, or an engineering leader with a deep understanding of product management. This role involves leading and driving significant improvements at both strategic and tactical levels, managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams, and creating consumer-grade products that meet user needs. The VP will also be responsible for data leadership, managing the data organization, and partnering with various teams to support a high-velocity, high-quality data strategy.Candidates must have experience in enterprise healthcare, including compliance, EMR selection/migration, and telehealth services. A process-driven approach to team management, technical proficiency for making strategic decisions, and a track record of hiring and retaining top talent are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital health startups and a proven ability to achieve targets through prioritization and collaboration. Nice-to-have qualifications include D2C and B2B2C experience, as well as a background in subscription e-commerce businesses. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with light hands-on work and is capable of presenting a vision to bring the company together.
