Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and experience in scaling service-oriented businesses
Proficiency in field service management software and Six Sigma methodologies
Skilled in routing, zoning, and strategic territory planning
Expertise in financial management, including budget optimization
Strong leadership, communication, implementation, and analytical skills
Warehouse management experience is a plus
Responsibilities include:
Utilizing Six Sigma to enhance operations
Driving continuous improvement through kaizen principles
Managing finances, inventory, and vendor relationships
Ensuring compliance with regulations
Collaborating with owners to optimize budgets
Involvement in all aspects of company operations at a strategic level
Qualifications:
7+ years of operations experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (PestPac experience a plus)
Results-driven with effective communication skills
Comfortable working independently or collaboratively
Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
Effective written and verbal communication
Proficiency in software, data, and analytics
Results-driven and enjoys challenges
Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments
