Warehouse Account Managers (WAM) are responsible for providing the first line of support, in an accurate, amenable way to our FaaS clients.
This is a key role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by triaging tickets that involve hands-on troubleshooting at the physical warehouse.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Position:
Handles inquiries from users on a variety of software and technical issues.
Maximum 1hr First Response Time (FRT)
Build rapport and trust with clients
Triaging tickets in the minimum number of touches possible
Providing all necessary information to the client to address their ticket, solve any issues experienced, and provide long-term solutions
Communicates regularly with other members of the support team to discuss recurring problems and to share solutions and best practices
Work closely with packing leads at the warehouse to triage trouble totes when processing client orders in the Shiphero system
Work closely with receiving leads at the warehouse to triage non-compliant shipping plans
Partner with Warehouse Special Projects team and Special Projects Coordinators on Special Request updates
WAM will request a progress update from the warehouse and provide an EOD update on all outstanding projects to the Special Project Coordinator & Manager
For completed outbound shipments (freight or small parcel) the Warehouse WAM will work with the warehouse to confirm shipments have been picked up by EOD and update Monday, so the Special Project Coordinator is kept informed of the status
Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
EDUCATION : High School Degree or equivalent required
AAS Degree Preferred
EXPERIENCE : At least two years of work-related experience with warehouse management system understanding.
3-4 years' experience in warehousing understanding inventory control, the pick/pack flow of outbound orders.
SKILLS : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Thorough understanding of technology commonly used by clients and employees.
Ability to explain technical problems to nontechnical employees and clients.
