What we are looking for:

Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity* Encourage additional products to complete the room* Work as a team to achieve sales goals* Explain financing and protection plans* Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
Pay averages around $70000 - 100000 / year based on amount of commission and position location.
