Job Details
The LVN will be required to perform home health follow-up visits and report to the RN. The LVN must have knowledge/experience with home health forms, Medicare guidelines, rules & regulations.
Qualifications
Must currently be licensed in the state of Texas
Should have at least 1 year clinical experience
Prior Geriatric home health care experience is a preferred
Should have Reliable Transportation & Car insurance
Must be able to pass background check & have valid CPR
Bilingual is a PLUS
