The role
As a VP of Product Management, you will lead our Engagement team and redefine customer expectations in financial services. Your focus will be on helping customers achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals, instilling confidence and trust. You will collaborate with industry leaders and tech experts to deliver exceptional experiences across our retirement and personal wealth businesses.
What You Will Do
Set an ambitious product vision that prioritizes customer impact and financial goal achievement
Lead a team to execute customer acquisition strategies
Create clarity and structure for ambiguous opportunities
Recruit and develop a team of strong product managers
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to remove barriers and drive results
Drive buy-in and consensus among senior leadership and stakeholders
Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for greater efficiency
What You Will Bring
15+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer product leadership
7+ years of experience leading product management teams
Exceptional prioritization and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dedication to detail and design
Passion for solving complex customer and business problems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus)
