Location: Anywhere in the US (except California, Nevada), with the ability to work Eastern Time Zone schedule
Number of Weekly Hours: Full-Time (exempt), approximately 40 hours/week

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with content creation and management, while supporting the Partnerships Team with account based marketing plans. This position is part of the Marketing Team at CIS Abroad, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Content Creation and Management
Curate photos and media content in our digital asset manager (Air) to support university requests and internal needs
Update/edit existing digital and print materials and templates such as flyers (programs, program features, info sessions), promotional images, info session flyers (mostly in Canva)
Help develop copy and curate visuals for new digital and print content
Coordinate resources for the production of print, digital, and video projects
Create high-quality, informative, and relevant content to support US university partners including: blog posts, whitepapers, program highlights, and other creative content
Perform video editing, such as taking student testimonial videos and making them ready for YouTube and social media
Create Google Slides presentations as needed
Support new email content development by curating new visuals, graphics, or copy, as needed
Coordinate production of emails with the Digital Marketing Manager
Act as a brand steward, ensuring brand guidelines are used consistently in all projects.
Assist with listing directory sites (update photos, implement advertising package)
Account-based Marketing Support
Support University Relations team representatives with materials as needed
Expand and maintain marketing toolkits for university advisors
Liaise with Communications & Alumni Relations Manager to confirm requested content deliverables (blog topics, Q&As) with a focus on key accounts
Ensure that the Partnerships Team has their marketing needs met, including print materials, swag, presentation materials, and conference and event support
Other Marketing Duties
Maintain our QR code library
Assist with ordering of swag and print materials
Assist with preparation for annual industry conferences (Forum, NAFSA)
Market research projects
SUCCESS TARGETS
Target hit for number of blogs generated and actions taken from blog visits
# of emails supported, engagement metrics from those
% increase YOY in QR code scans from marketing materials
Air is organized and study abroad offices are using the materials (downloads & QR code scans)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Strong attention to detail, especially proofreading, with a quick and efficient workstyle
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
Basic video editing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional time management skills
Strong technology skills. Google Suite, Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, Insta, YouTube, Air, and Canva preferred
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment
Customer service orientation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working/volunteering/studying/traveling abroad
A strong understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Annual salary of $48,000-$52,000
