VP, Account Management

The VP of Account Management will play a critical role in managing a high-performing team and growing ExecOnline’s renewable ARR, client retention and client expansion efforts. Reporting to our SVP of Sales, in addition to day-to-day team management, revenue responsibilities and forecasting, this leader will play a key role in partnering with key internal stakeholders to ensure the product meets the demands of our existing and future clients.

What positions you for success:
2-5 years of successfully managing a growing account management or client success department/organization within a growing SaaS start-up.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing a team against enterprise renewals.
Successfully coached and managed teams against cross-sell and upsell goals within active accounts through introducing new products and expanding access points for existing products.
Experience managing against metrics and KPIs related to account health and client service such as onboarding, activation, and adoption success
Experienced in forecasting weekly and quarterly revenue outlook against ARR and NRR goals.
Experience working with data regularly. Analytical skills and hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools to make strategic decisions and drive team performance
Has successfully implemented playbooks and has coached on process implementation in a fast-paced startup environment
At ExecOnline, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices. The base salary for this role is 160,000-$190,000. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate. Sales roles will also be eligible for a performance-based incentive plan.
