En este rol podrás mejorar nuestra capacidad de cumplir con los requisitos de nuestros clientes, trabajando con los proveedores, el área de manufactura, los ingenieros de producto del corporativo, los ingenieros de procesos y lo ingenieros Lean Value Stream en diferentes tipos de proyectos como cambios y mejoras a los productos y procesos actuales, así como la introducción de nuevos productos. El ingeniero de calidad provee un aporte importante a todos estos proyectos en términos de criterio, desarrollo e implementación de métodos de pruebas, diseños de experimentos y toma de decisiones provenientes datos y análisis estadísticos.

Entrenar y desarrollar al personal técnico de calidad y operativo en los procesos de Quality at Source.

Ingenieros con experiencia previa en aseguramiento de calidad
Dominio del idioma inglés
Dominios de Técnicas estadísticas, SPC y Softwares como Minitab, Super CEP.
Pensamiento analítico, capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas (Técnicas de análisis de causa raíz)
Comunicación efectiva
Trabajo en equipo
Habilidad para aprender y transmitir conocimientos.
Proactivo y con enfoque en los resultados
Habilidades de Negociación
Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:
Manejo de SAP,
Conocimiento o Auditor interno certificado en ISO 9001: 2015
Uso de instrumentos de medición y conocimientos de Metrología
Dominio se herramientas de solución de problemas, Ej. 8D, DMAIC.
