Soni's client is an established media company in the Philly Suburbs with a diverse portfolio spanning digital, print, and magazines, including the iconic American Heritage Magazine. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead their technology team of 55 and oversee all aspects of their infrastructure, systems, and integrations.
Responsibilities:
Modernize and optimize their core systems: Revamp their CRM, website, and APIs to improve efficiency, scalability, and security. Streamline processes and eliminate technical debt.
Lead the charge on new initiatives: Spearhead the development of new publications and platforms, utilizing your expertise in emerging technologies and market trends.
Integrate acquisitions: Ensure seamless integration of technology infrastructure and systems for acquired companies.
Manage and mentor a talented team: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Champion innovation: Drive continuous improvement, research new technologies, and stay ahead of the curve in the media and publishing landscape.
Support small business customers: Provide technical support and guidance to their real estate clients and other small business customers.
Qualifications:
Proven track record: 10+ years of experience in a CTO or senior technology leadership role, preferably in the media or print industry.
Technical expertise: Deep understanding of APIs, CRMs, website development, and infrastructure management.
Strategic vision: Ability to translate business goals into technology strategies and roadmaps.
Leadership skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate a team.
Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.
Compensation:
Competitive salary of $350,000+
Remote-first with occasional in-office visits required
