Lead change management resources allocated to the program.
Apply structured change management practices and methodologies.
Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of change, learning and communication initiatives.
Drive successful change adoption by proactively managing risks, implementing metrics, and devising innovative strategies to meet diverse employee needs.
Act as a role model to cultivate a positive organisational culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Expertise in understanding of what it takes to drive large scale, transformational change in a complex, global environment.
Experience in leading and delivering both programmatic and sustainable change.
Enjoys delivering effective strategies and plans to support Transformation in maximizing the adoption of new programs and ways of working.
Comfortable operating at both a strategic and practical, hands-on level as required.
