About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Demand Generation with a passion for applying AI to ecommerce growth and fraud prevention. The successful candidate will be a creative and empathetic leader, responsible for inspiring and developing a high-performing, data-driven marketing team. This role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to establish priorities, set targets for new business generation, and develop strategic marketing plans. The VP will also be tasked with executing regional integrated campaigns, simplifying performance analyses for executive leadership, and setting a vision for growing the company's market share. Applicants should have 10-15+ years of demand generation experience in high-tech B2B companies, with a deep understanding of the retail ecommerce industry. A background in online fraud prevention is a bonus. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a collaborative leader, and have a proven track record of exceeding KPI targets. Experience in international markets and a tech-forward approach to demand generation best practices are essential. The role requires hands-on experience with ABX campaigns, a test-and-adjust mentality, and the ability to manage global and regional campaigns with defined timelines and budgets.
