Base Salary Range $115,000.00 - $143,700.00
Target Total Cash Range $155,250.00 - $193,995.00
Target Total Cash Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

The Sr. Customer Sales Manager (Sr. CSM) will lead Kraft Heinz’s relationship with Amazon Fresh and will be responsible for developing and executing growth plans with the customer. This role is the primary account manager for Amazon Fresh and will regularly interact with vendor managers, category managers, and supply chain teams at Amazon Fresh. The Sr. CSM will work with internal cross functional partners in category leadership, advertising, supply chain, finance, etc. to understand KHC growth strategies and adapt them for Amazon Fresh. The Sr. CSM will be responsible for achieving growth targets with an established budget – managing the PnL across sales, trade spend, marketing spend, etc. This includes sales and spend forecasting, trade negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities.
What's on the menu?
Lead and grow the established relationship with Amazon Fresh counterparts and leadership – building on strong history between the two companies
Develop strategy to grow KHC’s share of Amazon Fresh sales. Execute these strategies working with internal and external cross functional teams
Understand details that drive or hamper ecommerce sales (advertising, content, availability, distribution, etc). “Roll up sleeves” to remove sales blockers and implement new strategies.
Lead sales and trade spend forecasting with support from category team – ultimate ownership of the Amazon Fresh PnL
Leverage various data streams to develop insights and business recommendations on the key sales levers of distribution, assortment, pricing, and promotion.
Educates the organization on Amazon and broader eCommerce business practices and develops test-and-learns to advance eCommerce business practices for Kraft Heinz
Develops clear and concise presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders

Seasoned experience in CPG, Retail, or ecommerce with a focus toward customer account management
Superlative interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), strong cross functional management experience
Experience in building effective customer relationships to drive customer loyalty/engagement while selling to achieve objectives
Strong financial acumen-understanding of profit, revenue drivers and return on investment analysis; Proficiency in deploying and managing trade
Prior use and understanding of syndicated retail data to develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance
Intellectual Curiosity proactively seek feedback, develop and test hypotheses from data, explore opportunities beyond given projects
Ownership takes responsibility over the business, enjoys decision-making and owns outcomes
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the Seattle office, with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
