Weltweite interne und externe Betreuung von Anlagenkunden

Proaktive Vertriebsberatung sowie eigenständiger Kundensupport

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung komplexer Angebote für den Ersatzteilverkauf sowie Anlagenumbauten, -wartungen und -umzügen in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen

Entwickeln von spezifizierten Ersatzteil- und Verbrauchsmaterialkonzepten

Bearbeiten und begleiten von Projekten im Rahmen neuer Anlagenkonzepte

Koordination und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenaufträge, durchführen von Kundenberatungen abwickeln von Reklamationen und Gewährleistungen

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder alternativ eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit passender Weiterbildung

Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst und erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb

Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Weltweite Reisebereitschaft

Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
