Position Description: The ideal candidate for the position of Project Manager should be detail-oriented, innovative, and analytical. It is the responsibility of this role to oversee all aspects of assigned projects from their initiation to completion. Projects must be initiated, planned, executed, and monitored by our PM's while adhering to safety, quality, punctuality, and budgetary constraints. The daily activities of the project manager may include maintaining the scope of work, creating schedules, managing time, mitigating risk, guiding, and reporting the progress of the project.
Salary : Open to Negotiation if you have a background in Water of Wastewater. Salary Range: $98,000 to $120,000
What we are looking for -
Candidates should have experience in Project Management. A minimum of 2 years Experience
Experience in commercial or Industrial electric. Similar trade experience will be considered
A candidate that can work in both field and office settings.
Full Time local candidates to the Phoenix Metro area.
Candidates must have clean backgrounds and drivers record in order to enter secure facilities - job sites
Tasks and accountabilities -
Reviews the project proposal or plan to determine the period, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the Client.
Fiscal responsibility for planning, forecasting, maintaining, and reconciling payroll, expenses, materials, and tools.
Administer, coordinate, and/or supervise all purchasing activities for projects.
Negotiating and executing project purchase orders and subcontracts
Skills -
Microsoft productivity apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner).
Ability to draft basic correspondence and communicate objectives.
Excellent communication and people skills plus demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.
Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc., and their impact on project activities vital; superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential. Significant business skills are required.
Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc.,
