_Department Profile_

Corporate and Institutional Solutions (CIS) is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management comprised of Morgan Stanley at Work (Corporate Equity Solutions (CES), Retirement Plan Solutions (RPS), MS Financial Wellness (MSFW), Digital Solutions, Virtual Client Solutions, Reinvestment, and Strategic Client Management. The overall goal and vision of CIS is to create a corporate experience and a consistent corporate employee (participant) experience and to engage them throughout their financial life journey that will ultimately lead to a furthering and deepening of their Morgan Stanley Wealth Management relationships. Our approach will be highly scalable, leveraging a multi-channel strategy with an emphasis on messaging, onboarding, cross-selling, activation and servicing. Our goal will be to drive growth across all client segments, including the Mass-Affluent, with new digital capabilities.

_Primary Responsibilities_

As a member of the CIS PMO, the Project Manager is responsible for managing large cross-functional enterprise projects and initiatives in compliance with Morgan Stanleys defined project management standards with the objective of delivering the project deliverables and key results on time and within budget. In addition, the Project Manager will provide program management support for the continued build out of the Morgan Stanley At Work business & digital delivery with a focus on Corporate Brokerage solutions.

This role will coordinate across a multi-disciplinary team with a key focus on the MS At Work business & digital delivery, roadmap creation, program delivery, risk monitoring, scope management, and management reporting. The individual will collaborate with partners in the business, technology and risk and control functions.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

Ensure quality execution and proven ability to deliver the various complex projects & initiatives within constraints (schedule, solution challenges, budget & scope)

Partner with all functional disciplines impacted by the project/ initiatives to ensure that the end to end planning is comprehensive

Ability to focus on key results ensuring that a PMO framework is in place enabling a proactive approach to the project life cycle, creating a support environment where project stakeholders & partners can effectively deliver

Maintain and monitor the project health establishing a communication plan that provides transparency to stakeholders

Assume a leadership role in the collection, review and publication of comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope and other aspects of the project with the ultimate goal of demonstrating that these activities have been addressed

Provide project planning, management and mechanisms to capture & monitor remediation of any potential risks. In addition, enable appropriate escalation of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of project

Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of project risks, dependencies and issues escalating and tracking deviations from plan across all governance forums

Facilitate the adoption and improvement of existing project tools and process to continuously optimize the efficiency of the project team

_Skills Required_

Proven ability to manage delivery/execution of a wide range of tasks and initiatives

Proven experience developing partnerships and successfully coordinating across various Business, Technology, Operations, Control partners and stakeholders

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams where there is no direct reporting chain

Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately

Strong presentation skills, including ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management

Independent self-starter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines

Eagerness to learn the business and understand detailed requirements

Familiar with SDLC processes (e.g., Waterfall) and Agile Methodology

Experience working with cross functional teams, including Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Compliance.

Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, and SharePoint

Experience in Project Management best practices

Confidence, Impact & Influence, Interpersonal Awareness & Team Player

Dynamic get-it-done, results-oriented & value driven with demonstrated ability to make timely & sound decisions

_Qualifications_

BS/BA degree required. Advanced degrees a plus.

A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in project management, product management or technology

Proven related experience preferable in the financial services industry, Wealth Management, FinTech, or management consulting

PMI PMP Certification preferred
