Relationships Position reports directly to the Director, Growth Acceleration
Position is key member of the Product team.
Position interacts with customers, contractors, manufacturing, NPI, sales, and engineering teams.
Background and Skill
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role, petroleum industry or technical field desired
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
Flow Analysis expertise and knowledge of applicable software and tools is Required.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
Must be able to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Technical writing skill a plus
Working knowledge of computer applications and skills, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook
Location / Travel Onsite in Simsbury, CT, some remote possibility
Willingness to travelapproximately 10% of time required, domestic and/or international (tradeshows, customer sites, distributors, field beta sites)
The base compensation range for this position is $84,700to $99,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon several factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
