Tigo is looking for a rising star Marketing Associate based out of our Global HQ to accelerate and prioritize leads and target accounts. This role has extremely high impact potential on the top line of the company. Ideal candidates are excited to engage with customers, curious, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a customer facing marketing role.
In the first 30 days, you’ll… Familiarize yourself with the solar industry and Tigo messaging to key customer profiles
Prioritize, qualify, and assign incoming leads to sales, support, marketing
In the next 60 days, you’ll... Continue to engage with early-stage inquiries and accounts
Analyze existing and inactive Tigo contacts to prioritize them for potential re-engagement
Refine the lead qualification and outreach process and messaging to increase efficiency
After 90 days, you'll... Leverage your insights to help produce creative content for use in used emails, collateral, website, social and more
Analyze industry materials to generate targeted outbound lists
Establish systematic outreach processes
Expand targeting into international markets
Become an in-house expert in messaging that resonates with different customer segments across different geographies
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Qualify and prioritize incoming leads
Represent the company and pitch its value proposition – via calls, emails, etc. – to our B2B customers (solar installers, EPC’s, etc.)
Analyze and prioritize contacts to retarget based on attributes and industry data
Generate messaging and other content that increases customer awareness and adoption
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
Leverage Hubspot (marketing automation), Salesforce (CRM), and other tools to track, measure and improve engagement performance
Provide feedback to the marketing, sales, and product teams based on customer inputs
Identify new and unique ways that the company can grow
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers
Experience with marketing or CRM systems
Preferred experience in the solar and or energy storage industries
