This is a FULL-TIME position, working in Tulsa, OK. This is an on-site position. We have been in business for over 160 years and have over 1,000 employees! We are currently doing well. Over the last 2 years, we have increased our headcount by 12% in our engineering group.
We are looking for someone who can work with our production team to help them grow their skills around Pre-Brazed Manufacturing. You will be working alongside our Process, Quality, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.

What You Will Be Doing Make recommendations based on your experience to improve the quality and profitability of BAHX.
Work with vendors to generate improved benefits through advanced equipment for BAHX manufacturing.
Implement the above equipment for our manufacturing team.
Analyze product defects and create procedures to prevent these from occurring in the future.
Monitor and improve BAHX quality and performance.
Develop training instructions and train production workers in our manufacturing processes.
Work with raw material suppliers to find the best quality materials.
Provide product support to our sales and design departments.

- AutoCAD/Solidworks
- On the floor work

- BHAX
- Pre-Brazed
- Sawing, Warming, Welding, Stamping, CNC
- Aluminium
