Salary: $115,000- $130,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: As the Senior Heavy Civil Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of deep underground wet utilities projects, including water, sewer, and storm systems, in the Shoreline area. Leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills, you will support the planning, design, and execution of projects while ensuring compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules for deep underground wet utilities projects.

Conduct engineering analysis, design calculations, and feasibility studies to support project decision-making and optimization.

Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents in accordance with project requirements and applicable regulations.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel during project execution, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections, field surveys, and quality control checks to monitor construction progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.

Assist in the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success and profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction engineering, with a focus on deep underground wet utilities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials related to deep underground utility construction.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
