Communicate effectively with other lawyers.
Requirements:
Experience in taking and defending depositions is a plus.
Demonstrate excellent academic credentials.

Currently admitted to practice in Georgia.
A USPTO registration number or technical background is strongly preferred.
Patent and trademark litigation and prosecution experience is a plus.
