A successful candidate will have proven analytical skills, use creative thinking in decision-making and problem-solving and have the ability to analyze and correct before information is sent to home office. Hours are somewhat flexible with possible to work around children school hours, or possibly 3 days per week with guaranteed 25-30 hours per week. With the right skills that one may have with farm equipment operation, irrigation, and/or mechanical skills, this also could be a full-time position with complete benefits package. Great position for someone that is dependable, trustworthy, and somewhat analytical in making sure everything is in order before submitting to home office and is familiar with agricultural lifestyle. BENEFITS: If 30 hours a week or more 2 weeks PTO + 8 National Holiday PTO, 3 Medical Paid Says, 401k Retirement after 1 year, Health/Vision/Dental Insurance on cost share with Family, $1,250 Housing Stipend, OT after 45 hours/Double Time over 8 hours on 7th day, per state law ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
