The role:
You will oversee, design, implement, and maintain the information technology systems for Clarins USA. The System Administrator will maintain Clarins US Active Directory, Windows server environment including deployment, configuration, patching, and maintenance. This position will also focus on Clarins USA storage and backup systems including snapshots, cloning, and mirroring. This role will also be responsible for managing and streamlining the Desktop/Laptop imaging process.
What youll do:
In an environment where information and systems are critical in delivering Clarins world class prestige products to our clients,your skills and experience in supporting and maintaining the AD and O365 infrastructure for Clarins USA is pivotal in the successful fulfillment of that mission. Our internal and external clients and retailers expect top-notch delivery which requires a consistent and reliable communication ecosystem. You will be a key player, working with a collaborative and inclusive team to enhance and improve the network infrastructure that supports two main corporate locations and multiple Boutiques. The role will drive efficiency and quality in infrastructure and align with local and global security to ensure the implementation of best practices.
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory in a hybrid deployment ensuring seamless user access and security protocols.
Oversee Microsoft O365 administrative functions, optimizing collaboration tools and ensuring efficient user management.
Own the systems monitoring software and utilize SolarWinds to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Demonstrate proficiency in VMware, effectively managing virtualized environments and associated functions.
Lead laptop deployment and streamline onboarding process for new and existing users, facilitating a smooth integration of technology equipment.
You are: Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Analytical and critical thinker.

You have: Bachelors Degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (required) with moderation to advanced skills in excel (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, OSI Network layers, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
Proficiency with desktop/laptop imaging.
Experience in Windows and ESXi environments.
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
