We are hiring a Legal and Security Administrator with an educational or work-experience background appropriate to handling a range of data security and legal administrative responsibilities. We prioritize a willingness to learn, clear thinking, and a “can do” attitude over technical knowledge, although an understanding of basic data security and legal concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Legal and InfoSec teams at DroneDeploy to coordinate and execute on tasks and procedures.
Coordinate and complete customer security questionnaire(s) and identify opportunities to improve the interface between the Go-to-Market and Security & Compliance teams.
Support and coordinate audit-related tasks.
Manage commercial contract databases and processing.
Support equity administration and other legal compliance activities.
Assist in the management of other security, legal, and compliance-related projects, including data privacy compliance initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution
Experience in a legal or compliance-related role
Ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks and requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work between Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm PT; If not located in the PT zone available to work some overlapping hours with the PT zone
Able to work 100% remote
Familiarity with SaaS or technology industry is a plus
A constant desire to grow, learn, and explore new things
