We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy behind our innovative consumer experiences.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, engineering, design, and content to help our customers form fitness habits and set people on a path to achieve their goals. You will work directly with Sr. Leadership in bringing Product Strategy to life, setting priorities while driving day-to-day execution. You’ll foster a team culture and processes to integrate hardware, software, AI, and content seamlessly to create engaging and rewarding products.

This role is based in San Francisco and has a hybrid schedule (onsite 2 days per week).

Your Mission:

Spearhead the ideation, development, and launch of groundbreaking products and features that seamlessly blend hardware, software, AI, and content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure flawless execution.

Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to continuously enhance our offerings.

Craft compelling product roadmaps that align with Tempo's strategic objectives and resonate with our fitness-focused community.

Your Qualifications:

8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer-centric companies focused on engagement and experiences.

Proven track record of building and executing product roadmaps that drive vision and innovation.

Expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to launch.

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of user research methodologies.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to align diverse teams.

Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for fitness and a commitment to excellence.
