Summary:

Drape Kings is looking for an exceptionally creative hands-on Digital Marketing & Design Manager whose conceptualizing skills are as strong as their design skills. In this position you will help to develop and systemize our brand expression as we expand our branding, products, and marketing ecosystem. Strong CRM skills and use of digital tools to enable company to reach its customer and revenue growth goals. You will also conceptualize, design, and implement a wide range of creative projects.

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly flexible and collaborative, respond quickly to feedback, and evolving needs, hit deadlines, and adjust on the fly while maintaining standards of quality, design requirements, and branding guidelines. You will have worked cross functionally with sales teams and finance teams to demonstrate marketing impact and ROI.

You will be tasked with developing work that is both timely and timeless, fun, and focused, on-brand and outside the box. The goal is to inspire, attract and engage with our growing client base leading to increased business.

We are a company with three major brands that often get marketed together. You must be able to work with these three brands and their individual designs while still being able to tie them together as one cohesive story.

Responsibilities:

Design & Vision:

Produce, edit, and enhance graphics for multiple mediums

Design and implement Email blasts, Banner ads, social media posts and sell sheets

Take our brands' existing aesthetics and expand it, bringing your own design language to the table to assist in modernizing our brand image

Manage all aspects of website including design, development, content management, and operational technical issues

Create design concepts and collateral for Trade Shows

Provide designs support for sales and product managers including creating content for new product launches utilizing writing, photography and videography skills

Marketing: Design, QC, and launch email marketing campaigns from start to finish

Design and post social media posts that increase website traffic and grow our engagement

Create and manage a social media and marketing calendar aligning with product managers and sales teams

Convert web site visitors to customers using a combination of graphic design, marketing, and SEO strategies.

Write effective press releases to generate positive media coverage.

Qualifications: BFA or BA in Marketing, Design, or Equivalent

5-7 years of related experience (in house or agency)

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, but also Illustrator, InDesign

Advanced knowledge of WordPress

A strong understanding of HTML and CSS

Experience in Website and landing page optimization

Familiarity with FTP

Familiarity with CRM software

Ability to create marketing communication pieces including web, print and social media

Ability to design and build responsive emails

Experience managing digital assets

Have a mindset for optimization when dealing with all marketing materials

Have a modern, clean aesthetic with acute attention to detail

Have proven experience in creating market/branded-focused emails

Basic understanding of SEO and how it relates to images and video

Strong organizational skills and the desire and motivation to improve upon current processes

The desire and ability to switch from a collaborative team player to a stand-out leader who brings new ideas to the discussion table

Extreme organizational ability, whether working on a last-minute on-the-fly project or a long-game project

Additional skills that will set you apart: Compelling storytelling abilities

Experience in product photography

Experience in video production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere

Experience creating visual assets optimized for performance on social media and advertising platforms

The ability to thrive in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment where you wear many hats and your vision is embraced

Animation and motion graphics: 5 year (Preferred)

Front end web design: 5 year (Preferred)

HTML, CSS and Javascript: 5 year (Preferred)
