Excellent verbal and writing skills for executive communications and project reporting including but not limited to presentations in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
Skilled in facilitating and leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with groups or teams at all levels of the organization and across organizational lines
Aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking
Demonstrated ability to confront and creatively manage conflict
Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
Responsibilities Provides project management and implementation services, ensuring planning and implementation of assigned Children’s Brain Health Center area (Marcus Autism Center, Neurosciences or Behavioral and Mental Health) plan
Manages and reports the deliverables, status, and quality elements throughout the lifecycle for projects that may span multiple functions, departments, and processes
Helps to ensure that scope for all projects is in line with goals and that projects are delivered on time
Works closely with Vice President, Brain Health Center and appropriate operational and clinical leadership to ensure decisions are implemented, strategic, and yearly goals are met
Supports the successful implementation of the overall portfolio of assigned Brain Health Center area initiatives
Provides project direction, establishes effective communication, and ensures execution of the portfolio of assigned Brain Health Center area initiatives in line with overall goals
Leads projects where gaps exist, and progress is critical to overall portfolio
Prepares status reports and updates by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
Facilitates meetings that have clear objectives and meaningful outcomes
Maintains budget in accordance with the assigned Brain Health Center area plan
Creates effective presentations for internal and external audiences
As assigned, acts as a liaison to system resources, including fundraising, marketing, and communications

Experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing projects a healthcare or business environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in related field
• Experience in supervision or as a team lead
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, health service, or related field.
