Engages with customers at a senior and management level to identify High Value Problems.
Work closely with BUs to develop DVS solutions to address customer High Value Problems
Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site. Manages a team that works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations, Joint Development Programs and new tool qualifications.
Manage Process Support Engineers (PSE) providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Mentor and oversee technical development of entire PSE team at assigned location.
Implement appropriate training plans to enhance strength of the team
Responsible for demand planning and financial forecast of activity

$176,000.00 - $242,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
