Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing initiatives for companies we partner with:
Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each joint venture.
Collaborate closely with partner companies to understand their brand, target audience, and marketing objectives.
Drive integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and growth marketing.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for each joint venture, aligning marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Brand Management and Positioning:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Work closely with partner companies to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and reputation in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand assets, including website content, marketing collateral, and visual identity materials.
Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner companies, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor to partner companies, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their marketing objectives.
Represent Human Agency and our joint ventures at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote joint ventures and foster new partnerships.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and empower your team to excel in their roles.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where diversity of thought and ideas are valued and encouraged.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in leading holistic and comprehensive digital marketing efforts for start-ups or fast-growing companies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
