Duration: 0-3+ Months (Temp to Engage)

Hours: 7 am to 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

Looking for someone with Hospitality experience. We also look for people who like talking to and working with others, being on their feet, and moving around throughout the day.

Provides consistent and high-quality food and beverage set up/service to clients, ensuring smooth delivery of conference and function services.

Sets up and breaks down conference rooms according to event orders and maintains cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms.

Assembles and arranges conference equipment in function and conference rooms per event requirements.

Disassembles conference rooms at appropriate break-down times.

Office maintenance, including, but not limited to, trash removal, cleaning, ordering, and restocking kitchens, pantries, supplies, etc.

This position may include general clerical, reception, copying, mail services, shipping and receiving products and supplies, sorting, distributing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Depending on site personnel configuration, this position reports directly to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.

Required to lift to 50 (lbs), but if over that amount, another team member will assist. There is extensive standing, walking and lifting at times. No driving is required.

Dress code is Dress pants or khakis and a button up shirt or polo with solid-colored shoes with minimal logos.
