Audi Wilmington is busy and we are looking forexperienced Service Advisors.
Job Description
Service Advisors greet customers and asses their automotive needs.
Service Advisors work with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems.
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
Service Advisors maintain relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
Complete walk around procedure with customer
Provide fast, efficient and courteous service to customer by interpreting their requests, scheduling, and coordinating the diagnosis an repair of their vehicle
Present each customer with the dealerships suggested maintenance menu while providing accurate and honest advice to customers on recommended services for the care of their vehicles
Explain technical information about repair to customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Provide accurate cost and time estimates when discussing the customers concern
