Position Overview:
Your objective will be to define, establish and implementquality assurance practices and procedures. Becoming an expert in Alliance DataSoftware products and practices
Assist and advise project managers withcreation and execution of software test plans
Create common best practices and educatedevelopment staff on their use
Create standard look and feel for alltesting documentation and deliverables
Interact with both business andtechnical teams to develop testing documentation
Create regression test plans for varioussoftware products
Develop and keep up to date supportingdocumentation for product QA
Assist with documenting and new softwareproducts
Establish QA metrics for softwaredevelopment and provide reporting to management
PositionRequirements:

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 3 years experience in SoftwareQuality Assurance
Professional appearance and work placeethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamicenvironment
Exceptional written and oralcommunication skills
Aptitude for understanding complexbusiness and technical topics
High level of organizational ability
Ability to work on multiple projectssimultaneously
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools(Word, Excel etc)
Must have a working knowledge of SQL
Functional knowledge of Oil & Gas and/orFinancial Accounting is a strong plus
