As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a family-style culture that will allow you to be part of a team of energetic individuals and free thinkers. This role will be onsite 5 days/week in our Reston, VA office.
Responsibilities
+ Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns
+ Understand each customer's individual needs and determine the best course of action
+ Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations
+ Fully document each call accordingly
+ Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone
What We Look For in a Candidate
+ 1-3 years of experience in customer service
+ Proficient typing skills
+ Demonstrated ability to interact with customers
+ Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus
