Responsibilities
Contract Administration: Bid, award, prepare, and execute contracts, ensuring efficient administration of subcontracts and purchase orders.
Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Contract Document Review: Oversee, review, and ensure the entire project team understands project-specific contract documents.
Cost Management: Ensure the cost of the construction process remains within the client's budget, including cost estimating, reporting, pay requests, and change orders.
Technology Utilization: Leverage technology tools and solutions to ensure consistent and reliable results, leading best practices and improving project team performance.
Relationship Building: Create and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors, setting direction and aligning resources.
