**Senior Manager, Retail FP&A**
at Tecovas Austin, TX **Tecovas** is looking for a **Senior Manager, Retail FP&A** to serve as the financial thought-leader for our Retail team and help drive growth and profitability of our Retail channel Reporting directly to the Senior Director, FP&A, you will be a pivotal piece of the team and will be responsible for developing a more robust Retail FP&A team, while also developing and refining Retail finance processes, models, and forecasts. You and your team will support our Retail channels growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation toward financial matters as we do toward our products and services. The Retail FP&A function is essential to upholding our commitment to excellence, and it is directly responsible for shaping this channels future and Tecovas Retail strategy. Tecovas is the first direct-to-consumer western brand, founded with the simple goal of making the worlds best western boots, apparel and leather goods - and selling them at a fair price. We are a brand revolutionizing a category and welcoming first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike.
This position is based out of Austin, TX but will have the ability to work from home and in-office.
**What youll do:**
* Responsible for continued development of our dynamic Retail models, which include Sales and Opex sensitivities for each of our current and future stores
* Lead and manage end-to-end forecast and close processes for Tecovas Retail, including consolidation of historical revenue and costs, in depth analytics on key performance indicators, and performance updates to Tecovas Leadership Team and the broader organization
* Lead and oversee Retails Annual Financial Planning process in support of Retails long term strategic priorities
* Support the Retail and Strategy teams on future brick and mortar site selection processes, including Sales forecasting and payback analyses
* Support Retail Construction Management team through capital expenditures (Capex) forecasting and understanding of Capex budget to actuals
* Partner with Retail Leadership on ad hoc projects to drive current / future business goals and trends
* Complete ad hoc financial analysis and miscellaneous projects in support of actuals and forecast processes and overall Tecovas Retail business initiatives
* Provide critical thought leadership in the development and maintenance of financial systems and reporting tools
**Experience were looking for:**
* 7-9 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical role, ideally at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank and/or in a financial operating role within a fast-growing retail or consumer product company
* Highly proficient in GAAP and non-GAAP reporting, with outstanding accounting skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (plus if NetSuite)
* Bonus points for omnichannel retail experience
